A proprietary, trademarked three-stage process that reduces nutrients to nanoparticles under 100 nanometers — and, critically, keeps them there.
Half of what people swallow never reaches a cell.
Published research puts it bluntly: less than 55% of orally ingested supplements ever reach the cell. Some of the most valuable compounds in nutrition fare far worse.
Curcumin, resveratrol, glutathione, CoQ10 and lutein all share the same problem — they are fat-soluble, they aggregate in the digestive tract, and they are heavily degraded by first-pass metabolism through the liver. Their in vitro results are extraordinary. Their in vivo results are a rounding error.
The industry's usual answer is to raise the dose. Ours is to change the particle.
Curcumin is the clearest example. The highest absorption rate we've measured for standard curcumin is roughly 3%. Processed through NanoZorb®, we bring that to nearly 70%.
NanoZorb® works effectively across a wide range of both water-soluble and insoluble nutraceutical compounds. If your hero ingredient has a solubility problem, it's a candidate — and we also supply these as bulk nano actives.
Three stages, built from the ground up
We didn't buy this equipment. We engineered the processor ourselves, and the trade secrets that make it hold.
Miniaturization
A cold process drives the product stream through fixed-geometry microchannels at velocities faster than the speed of sound — roughly 1,500 ft/sec for 3–5 nanoseconds. The shear rates generated are orders of magnitude beyond conventional methods, and reduce micron-sized compounds to nanoparticles without excessive heat and without breaking chemical bonds.
Lipid bonding
Particles are given a lipid bond for cellular recognition — solid lipid nanoparticles the body reads as something it already knows how to take up. This is what turns a small particle into an absorbable one, and it's the step most nano claims in this industry skip entirely.
Stabilization
Nanoparticles want to clump back together. We stabilize against agglomeration through surface absorption of selected GRAS stabilizers plus proprietary methods, producing a dispersible liquid nanosuspension that stays a nanosuspension.
Kinetically stable, not just thermodynamically stable
This is the single most important thing to understand when you're comparing nano suppliers — and almost nobody will raise it with you.
When you manipulate particle size down to the nanometer, an emulsion that is only thermodynamically stable will lose potency at an accelerated rate and carry a dramatically reduced shelf life. The label still says nano. The product on the shelf at month nine does not perform like nano.
Because we work with scientists from MIT and the bioavailability department at LSU, we identified this problem early and solved it. Our nano particles are kinetically stable — which is why we can confidently quote roughly a two-year shelf life on nano formulations.
One particle becomes billions
A nanometer is one-billionth of a meter — roughly 100,000 times smaller than the width of a human hair. We take an active from 4–6 microns down to 50–100 nanometers.

The short answer: yes — and here's the long one.
NanoZorb® delivers completely natural, not synthetic, molecules in a form that closely mimics the hydrated structure found in nature. We use only food-approved, Generally Recognized As Safe (GRAS) and natural ingredients.
The FDA's concern with nano materials centers on particles that may cross the blood-brain barrier. These compounds are not intended to, and we only apply NanoZorb® to compounds meant to be used by cells throughout the body.
There's a useful analogy here. When you juice vegetables, the juicer mechanically disrupts cell walls — mimicking the shear action of chewing — and releases vitamins and bio-actives small enough to pass through a submicron filter. Laboratory tissue culture media is filtered to 0.2 microns (200nm) precisely so it contains only nano or smaller forms of the vitamins, proteins, lipids and growth factors necessary for cell growth. Nanoparticles are the building blocks of life, not a foreign intervention.
Our technology reverses artificial large amorphous aggregates to maximize absorption. It avoids the safety concerns associated with engineered artificial particles because it uses natural formulation technology.
Most "nano" on the market isn't nano
Using laser diffraction and dynamic light scattering, our engineers measured the particle size of dietary supplements across the market — including many that claim to be nano.
What we found
Most contain particle aggregates of 1 to 100 microns — that is, 1,000 to 100,000 times larger than a nanoparticle. Particles at micron size contain thousands of molecular aggregates, often larger than the cell itself, and are useless unless fully digested first.
Why nobody catches it
The FDA requires vitamin manufacturers to meet label claim and to show tablets break apart. It specifies no particle size requirement and no proof the formulation can actually be processed by the digestive system. And the body's main mechanism for disrupting aggregates — chewing — isn't even used with tablets and capsules.
