Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers, no runaround.

Minimums, testing, shipping and everything else people ask before they place a first order.

The basics

A white label product is a product we manufacture and send to you without a label. You then put your brand's label on the product before selling it to your customers.

A private label product is a product we manufacture and send to you with your brand label already applied to the product.

Tinctures and sprays, softgels and capsules, vegan gummies, functional drink powders, topicals and skincare, bath products, pet supplements and bulk nano ingredients. See the full product line.

Yes. Nobody should build a brand around a product they haven't held and tried.

No — at least not without permission from the manufacturer. Simply buying a product and repackaging it with your own label without consent is not the same as private labeling, and it would put you at risk of legal action for multiple instances of infringement. Everything we supply, you have the documented right to sell as your own.

Formulation & ingredients

NanoZorb® is our trademarked nano-emulsification process. Through extensive science and testing, we believe it is the best way to absorb supplements and nutrients. Read the full technology page.

Studies have shown that less than half of all dietary supplements are fully absorbed by the human body. Some nutrients — resveratrol, curcumin, glutathione among them — are not very bioavailable at all. These nutrients, though highly beneficial as proven by in vitro clinical studies, can be utilized in vivo when you create nanoparticles out of them, allowing absorption of up to 94%.

Yes. Alongside our nano products, we manufacture and distribute high-grade conventional supplements as well. Nano isn't the right answer for every ingredient, and we'll tell you when it isn't.

Yes, subject to a 1,000 unit minimum per SKU. Please talk with a success manager for more information, or read about custom formulation.

Absolutely.

Roughly two years. Because our nano particles are kinetically stable rather than merely thermodynamically stable, they hold potency across that window rather than quietly degrading.

Whenever possible, yes.

Only natural ones — stevia, xylitol and vegetable glycerin. All are non-caloric or low glycemic, suitable for low-carb diets, and safe for diabetics. All flavors are natural and sourced from the best flavoring houses in the USA.

No GMOs, yeast, wheat, gluten, corn, milk, egg, soy protein, MSG or shellfish. No artificial flavors or colors. No fillers, binders, wax, shellac, talcum, animal gelatin or other excipients. In some cases we may need to use potassium as a preservative.

Our technology delivers completely natural — not synthetic — molecules in a form that closely mimics the hydrated structure found in nature, using food-approved GRAS ingredients. The FDA's concern regarding nano material centers on particles that may cross the blood-brain barrier; these compounds are not intended to do so, and we only apply NanoZorb® to compounds meant for use by cells throughout the body. More detail here.

Anyone taking medication under the care of a physician should discuss the use of all other products with that physician, who needs full disclosure to properly evaluate treatment. It's worth remembering the nutrients used in our products are identical to those found naturally in food.

Testing, compliance & shipping

Absolutely. We send MaxVera COAs with all orders. For orders of 500 units or more per SKU, we provide a branded COA carrying your brand.

No. Vitamins and supplements are not pre-approved by the FDA, and the FDA does not have authority over whether they can be sold. However, like any other food product, they must comply with FDA regulations on labeling and manufacturing under the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (CFR Title 21, Section 111), including Current Good Manufacturing Practices. Full detail here.

Because there's no pre-approval, the onus falls on the manufacturer's cGMPs. The manufacturer must ensure products are safe before taking them to market. This is precisely why private labeling with a properly certified provider is the lower-risk route — and as a private label customer, you have protection from the associated liabilities as long as you follow our labeling guidelines.
